They provided information about the procedure as well as my specific circumstances and potential timeline for treatment as well as follow up care. "I have had some very bad experiences at different dentist along the way. Unfortunately, I had an infection and broken root on one of my teeth. Dr.. Erich Schmidt examined me and my x-rays and confirmed the diagnosis. There was no way to save the tooth so it had to be extracted. Dr. Schmidt was a very conscious of my trepidation and nervousness. After the numbing, He was very empathetic and took the process slowly. He would add more numbing medication when I needed it without any judgment. The extraction went surprisingly well, and he did a bone graft. That evening he called to make sure I was doing fine. Today is the second day and other than a little soreness, there is no pain! I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs work, especially Dr. Schmidt."

"I had a difficult situation with a set of prosthetics that I had done on the west coast. They had come loose since I moved East and I had been having a difficult time finding a dentist that could deal with this particular implant. On my first visit, they discovered that they didn't have the proper parts so even though they worked on me and took pictures, they did not charge me for that visit. By my second visit, the proper parts had been acquired and the procedure went off without a hitch. There is some very minor change to my look due to the juxtaposition of the upper and lower dentures. This should sort itself out when the final dentures are made and inserted. I have given this evaluation a 4 only because I do not really have enough experience to give much of an evaluation. I'll know more as this process progresses. I can say that I'm glad I chose Dr. Schmidt."
