The ONE BIG THING I wish to share which is why this is a 4 star review vs a 5 star review is that LONG FINGERNAILS have NO PLACE in this type of practice. To be CLEAR, the gal who “sported” them was a love HOWEVER, as a practicing alternative care physician, I can confidently say, NO! Please remove them ASAP and do not touch the clientele with them on."

"I've gone through the implant process with 2 other Berkshire doctors and both of the experiences were terrible. I am so glad I found Dr. Williams! Dr. Williams is thoughtful, compassionate, creative, and a great listener. My case was very complicated; I was anxious and fearful because of previous trauma. Although the surgery was over 2 hours, I had no swelling and minor pain afterwards because of his careful planning. In fact because of the sedation I remember little about the experience. I am incredibly grateful for the entire office and their care."

"Dr. James Hashim (the doctor who established this practice) is a challenging act to follow.Mind you, I have been going to this office for almost forty years (in truth, I visit a world class dental hygienist every three months for dental cleaning).
